Still not received

My purchase has been sitting the same place since March 6th it’s now the 14th so I can’t rate my purchase but I would like to receive it and or my money back

Love them but..

They are such good quality and absolutely beautiful but the ankles are way tighter than the rest and the color is WAYYYYY off. Much much darker in person more maroon definitely not the fiery red I was expecting unfortunately.
