Security tag left on

Cute boots, until I open the box and see that the security tag was still on one of the boots. I contacted boot barn as they fulfilled my order and they told me to bring them to a boot barn store. Closest boot barn store to me is 3-4 hours away. Not really an option at this time so I will try to carefully remove it myself. Paid way too much money to deal with this. There is no excuse.

Biggest boot catfish ever

I was baffled to see the boots when I opened the box. They look absolutely nothing like what they did online and to make it better, all I got was a 15% off my next pair which was what everyone gets when you give an email address. What makes it even crazier is that it wasn’t even the first time that happened with this company.
