General Shipping Information

We do our very best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. Items that are in-stock in our warehouse are usually shipped within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Times for delivery are provided as a guideline only. Actual delivery times may vary based on location. The guideline takes into consideration the processing of your order, verification, packaging, preparation and pick up. We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible but can not guarantee delivery times.

Some items within the same order may ship in separate packages and therefore may show a different status and / or shipping method. From the time you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow 24-48 hours for your order status information to be available on the carrier's website.

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please see the below information on how you may return your purchase for a refund within 60 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  1. Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all original tags.
  2. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
  3. Items must be returned within 60 days of date received.
  4. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  5. Make sure the product is in its original packaging, (e.g. boot box), and place it in its original shipping box or bag. Boot boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them.
  6. From the time your item has been received in our warehouse, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.

If you do not know your order number, simply email with your full name, address and the style number(s) of the products you ordered. Once we receive your email, we will reply with the requested information, including your order number. Please allow up to 1 business day for a response.
