I love the look of these boots! I had to exchange though. I measured my foot and according to the size chart I was a size 8. I am normally a size 7 or 7.5. I trusted the chart and went with the 8. Low and behold they were too big. Should have ordered a 7. If you return there is free shipping but a $10 fee. You can Exchange I am told with no fee. You just print the return label and write on the slip u want to exchange verses return and what size you would like. Happy shopping!
