Nice Boots, But Not For Me

First off, they sent me two different sizes 9 and 9WC, so at least I got to try both. I have a 15" calf and the 9 was just touching it all the way around, a bit too snug, but passable, I might have kept them if it weren't for other things I didn't like about the boots. The 9WC was awkwardly baggy and slumped down. I could barely keep the boot on my foot. The color was darker than I wanted, I was looking for a cream colored boot, almost white. The color of these boots is more of a medium gray. Also, the heel was too heavy and the bottom too slippery, I felt insecure walking around in these. The return was easy enough, but I'll probably go back to shopping for shoes in person after this experience.
