Ordered these as a gift, 16 days ago. They shipped the next day. Have contacted customer service several times with no resolution. Supposedly they were lost by USPS. I am sure they are nice boots and they did ship quickly. Unfortunately Idyllwind has not shipped another pair or offered a refund. Just being told they are investigating.

The stitching got me first. Black boots can be dull. These are anything but dull. Perfect little black western boot. Soft leather very comfortable boot.
