Outlaw Performance Western Boots - Broad Square Toe

Very disappointed with my order. I purchased a pair of “new” boots, but they arrived clearly worn and scratched all over the soles. They look like they were used or returned by someone else before being shipped to me. I expected a brand new product, not boots in used condition. Hoping customer service makes this right.

I really liked the distressed style and color, they look so cool! I wear 8.5 to 9 and the size 8.5 fits, but it just felt kind of thin, hard and flat under my foot, with not enough support. So I added a full length very thin insert, together with a 3/4 insert, so there was some cushioning under my entire foot from toe to heel, and extra cushioning in the arch area. (I could wear a size 8 in these, as they run a bit large, but then I would not have room for the full length thin insole. I tried it and it's too tight in the toes, so I opted to go up to a size 8.5 so I could add insoles for extra comfort.
I really liked the 12" shaft height with the narrower 14" circumference, they looked and fit great. And I really liked the style and distressed color, the thick soft leather, everything about these.
So I ended up taking them to a cobbler, and had rubber outsoles put on them, on the front and heel. It made a big difference, as the extra rubber added some shock absorption and cushion. Now I walk around comfortably in these and really like them better, so I added another star.

Not only are these super cute but they are really comfortable! I love that they are narrow in the calf. This is my second pair in this style. I have the brown too. Great boots!

I have these boots in black and brown. With bad feet and back, I never thought Zi could find a comfortable boot but these are wonderful! Idyllwind makes a great product for the money!
