Outlaw Performance Western Boots - Broad Square Toe

I tried these 2 times. I really liked the distressed style and color of these, they look so cool; and would be great with dresses, jeans, shorts, etc. But I just can't get them to fit right. I wear 8.5 to 9 and the size 8.5 fits, but it just feels kind of thin, hard and flat under my foot, with not enought support. So I added a long very thin insert, together with a 3/4 insert, and that helped: at least there was some cushioning under my entire foot from toe to heel, and extra cushioning in the arch area.
But after just a few minutes of trying them on, they were already beginning to show creasing at the toes! Augh, help, I took them off right away, as I was still deciding.
I put them on again without any inserts and they are just too thin underneath my foot and too hard and flat feeling for me personally. The sides of the boot are a little too tight for a broad square toe, and the length of the toes is a bit too long - so from the side view it looks like a clown shoe shape. But the rest of the views the boots look really attractive. It's b/c the broad square toe is somewhat elongated. I really liked the 12" shaft height, and that looked and fit great. I just could not get comfortable in them and they were creasing too fast, so I decided to return them. I don't think new boots should crease that fast. But 4 stars for the cool looks.

Not only are these super cute but they are really comfortable! I love that they are narrow in the calf. This is my second pair in this style. I have the brown too. Great boots!

I have these boots in black and brown. With bad feet and back, I never thought Zi could find a comfortable boot but these are wonderful! Idyllwind makes a great product for the money!
