So let me start with sayin this was my FIRST experience I ordered the boots online I waited finally received them to open the box and realized they had sent me the wrong boots I immediately called the company customer service to explain what had happened I had to take pictures and email them back to them I was being helped by the manager named Ashley she was nice and helpful aside from getting the wrong pair and dealing with one uninformed employee rep the quality of the boots were nice and Ashley did provide me with discount for the trouble I'm still waiting for the original pick I just sent them back hopefully when I do receive the order it will be the correct ones
