Inconsistent sizing

I ordered the same dress, different fabric (the Beth Ditsy) in XS and it fit perfectly. I love it. For this dress, I tried in two XS and one small and found the sizing to be inconsistent. Both XS bunched up on my lower back like my torso wasn’t long enough. The size Small was a little too loose in the bust and sleeves. I’m disappointed as I wanted this dress!
