Poor arm design/fabric composition/beautiful colors

I love this pattern, and wanted an oversized fit so I sized up to a medium. However when I got the jacket to put it on I couldn't lift my arms more than halfway up. Like if I was sitting at a steering wheel I wouldn't be able to reach the top of the wheel. The fabric said it was 10% wool but there was no give at all. The sleeve length was great, as was the body length but the shoulder and sleeve/armpit tightness was so annoying when I'd try to lift my arms. I'd love to be able to buy this shacket but with a higher percentage wool and/or maybe more of a bomber jacket style sleeve to accommodate arm movement.

I bought it oversized and still couldn't lift my arms due to the construction and fabric type so I returned it. Very disappointed in the construction and quality.

(As I looked at other shackets here I noticed some do have at least 20% wool but since it costs to return items (shipping) I won't be trying any other clothing from here.)
