Pink booties

My niece loved them! But the security tag was left on booties when she open them and Boot Barn had a very hard time removing tag!

Color is not Pink and the Scales are lifting up all over.

I was really excited waiting on these boots to arrive, but was disappointed when I took them out of the box. First; they are purple, not pink. I could probably have lived with that and only worn white or black tops with my jeans. Second; the scales are lifting up all over the boots. I fear that the first time I wear these with jeans touching them, that by the end of the evening, they will all be worn off. I reached out to Idyllwind and they requested pictures. I have sent pictures of all angles of the boot and have not heard back from them since.
