Customer Service

The dress is wonderful, great feel, movement, color and great quality but seems to run a little large so I returned it. Shipping for my order was reasonably fast so no problems there. However, customer service is the reason I'm leaving this review. It's a shame that clothing that deserves at least 4 stars gets a bad review because of poor customer service. This dress was part of an order I placed with 4 items. All were too big but one item would be easily altered so I kept. Return process was simple, Idyllwind provided the shipping label and I dropped off with the UPS store. I tracked the package to make sure they received of which was a Friday. Come Thursday still no contact from them or refund so I called customer service, I understand delays, I just wanted a status. The representative was cold and dismissive. I tried to be patient but her need to rush me off the phone was beginning to concern me. I asked her to please not dismiss or rush me off and she did apologize but that did not seem to change her attitude or provide an answer. I had intention on purchasing a couple more items keeping the sizing in mind but will hold off or likely not purchase anything else because I'm left in the dark as to whether I'll receive a refund or even email correspondence on the status of the refund.

Perfect for Swingdancing!

Love this! Didn’t want to take it off the first time I tried it on. It’s a little hard to put on and take off but that’s because it’s fitted just right. I can’t wait to spin around on the dance floor in it!
