Cute for Someone else

I ordered an XL in hopes it would be large enough for my triple D’s. Alas it is not.
The top is cute, very close fitting, but not all that feminine.
I think the sleeveless cut is a bit off, and the fringe isn’t thick enough to create a sleeve effect.
