Overall not too happy with boots, but super happy with customer service! Long story short, I ordered end of December and when package arrived I received an empty box. Customer service quickly sent a pair to me. Once I finally received my boots they had an odd fit. Tight in some places and loose in others. I will be returning and have to pay a return fee.

LOVE!

I have wide feet, a tall instep, and wide calves which makes it impossible to find boots these days... until now. These boots are cute and realistic when it comes to fit! I really love them and I would honestly buy then I'm every color. I would recommend sizing down half a size. I'm normally a 10, but I got 9.5 because they fit so well.

This is a gorgeous pair of boots. The fit is exactly as I expected. I wear a size 8 and that’s what I ordered in these boots. They pair well with jeans or dresses alike. I highly recommend!

My Boots

I like the look and quality of the boot. I tried on a 8 M in the store and they were too tight on my foot so I ordered a 8W and they are too loose but I really needed a pair of boots so I’m making do.
They arrived in a timely manner all boxed up nice and neat but unfortunately they appeared to have been worn for a short time prior to my receiving them because the bottoms of both boots were already scuffed.
Other than that they are a nice boot.
I would add a the picture of the bottom of the boot that I sent my husband when I received them, but it won’t let me add it.

FYI: the only reason I am writing this review is because y’all sent me an email requesting that I do so. I don’t like to complain but you ask.🤷🏻‍♀️
