Love the boot but unhappy with description with sizing

I ordered these boots in a 7w, but they are not 7w they are a 7 wide calf. I even called Boot Barn to clarify before ordering and they told me they were wide in the foot bed. I didn’t want to have to pay to ship them back so I kept them. They are tight on my feet and wider in the calf then I would like, but I love the style!

Wedding Boots

I bought these boots to go with my wedding dress and they look so good together! The boots are super comfortable and true to size for square toed boots. The only thing I didn’t like was extremely dark spatter on the top of the boot. It looked intentional like it was part of the design but it was way too extreme of a contrast. Definitely not shown in the purchasing picture. I ordered them online so I didn’t have the option to pick and choose in the store.

I love these boots they fit great and are very quality.
My only complaint is that I purchased NEW boots not USED. So I was irritated to find that my boots had been skuffed on the bottom as if they had been worn. Im keeping them because I bought them for a concert and I need them, but preworn shoes were definitely not what I ordered and if i was gonna order preworn shoes they should have come at a discounted price.

Overall not too happy with boots, but super happy with customer service! Long story short, I ordered end of December and when package arrived I received an empty box. Customer service quickly sent a pair to me. Once I finally received my boots they had an odd fit. Tight in some places and loose in others. I will be returning and have to pay a return fee.
