Sent used boots

Boots look great. Wife was happy with style and fit. My only issue is I was sent USED boots. Signs of peeling, scuff marks on sides and signs of wear on bottom. After contacting customer service, i was told i will be refunded the cost of the boots (minus $10). I am out the 2 day shipping and taxes cost. Now, in order to reorder, I have to pay them again. Going to cost and extra $100 for something i did nothing wrong. Come on Idyllwind.
