Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service- not only were the boots nothing like the picture and they arrived damaged - trying to contact someone who knew what they were talking about regarding shipping and then refunding took AT LEAST 5 customer service employees. And then the manager ended up not knowing what she was talking about either.

Super super disappointed- the worst online shopping experience I’ve had, hands down, and the product was awful.
