Wrong color & delivered damage

The hat color that was delivered wasn’t the color in the add. Also, the box looked stepped on & upon opening the box, the hat was stepped on also. It cost me $10 to return it, which is unfair.

One Size is not for a larger head and returns are not free

This is a beautiful hat! I loved the color, but it was just too small for me. Plus, it cost me $10.00 to return it, so that did not make me happy.
