Just right after steaming

It’s a nice felt hat with a pretty beaded band but unfortunately mine arrived with a bent brim, would be 5 stars otherwise. I ordered it from Boot Barn so was able to take it to their local store for steaming at no charge. Turned out well. It has a fairly wide brim which might be too much on a smaller woman. Wore with burnt orange dress, turquoise jewelry, and brown vintage Corral boots. Got lots of compliments.

Very poor service on return follow up. Basically told I need to figure it out. Will NEVER shop this site again!
